If you need to carry more weight in your hand baggage, you can purchase the Hand baggage 10kg service in advance (1 piece, total weight must not exceed 10 kg and dimensions must not exceed 56x23x36 cm) or pay online for checked-in baggage no later than 2 hours before departure on domestic flights within Kazakhstan and 3 hours on international flights.

Dimensions of checked baggage must not exceed 158 cm in three dimensions, the weight of one bag must not exceed 32 kg.

If at the departure point a passenger brings baggage that has not been paid for or baggage that exceeds prepaid allowance, the passenger shall pay at the rate for each kilogram of the excess baggage. The baggage rates at the airport are several times higher than on the website and established per kilo of baggage.

Passengers of international flights are allowed to bring onboard goods from duty free stores after providing payment for excess hand baggage at established rates. Total weight of hand baggage should not exceed 10 kg for each passenger.
