Project Komek

The Komek project provides preferential conditions for issuing tickets for passengers of the following categories:

1. WWII veterans
2. People with disabilities (group 1)

Conditions for issuing flight tickets:

• WWII veterans:
• 100% discount on flight tickets for WWII veterans
• 100% discount on the ticket for one accompanying person
• 20 kg of baggage for WWII veterans
• 1 piece of hand baggage weighing up to 5 kg is included in each ticket
• Taxes, airport fees, baggage transportation, as well as other additional services are paid by the passengers themselves
• The return and rebooking of tickets under the Komek project are carried out according to the airline's rules of return/rebooking, as ordinary flight tickets, with a fine.
• The discount applies to regular and direct flights within Kazakhstan
• The discount is valid once a year for 1 passenger and accompanying person
• 1 preferential passenger and accompanying person are allowed on 1 flight
• Online registration is not available. Registration is available at the reception for free.

To make a request, send the following documents to the mail komek@flyarystan.com: 1) The completed form (in the printed version); 2) Veteran's certificate or Egov certificates confirming the status of a veteran; 3) Identification card of a veteran and one accompanying person; 

• Applications for flights are accepted at least 15 or more working days before the desired flight date
• On one flight, the discount applies only to one passenger and accompanying person. If this discount has already been applied on a particular flight, then alternative flights are offered for selection
• These discounts cannot be summed with other discounts, and also do not apply to flight tickets on discount

• Passengers with disabilities of group 1 (pilot project)
• 50% discount from a fare type on flight tickets for passengers with disabilities of group 1
• 50% discount from a fare type on the ticket for one accompanying person
• The discount applies to the fare type of a ticket that is available at the time of booking
• On one flight, the discount applies only to one passenger and accompanying person. If this discount has already been applied on a particular flight, then alternative flights are offered for selection
• 20 kg of baggage for passengers with disabilities of group 1
• 1 piece of hand baggage weighing up to 5 kg are included in each ticket
• The discount applies to regular flights within Kazakhstan
• The discount is valid once a year for 1 passenger and accompanying person
• 1 preferential passenger and accompanying person are allowed on 1 flight
