Refund and Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time on domestic route and no later than 3 hours on international route of your flight for a cancellation fee.

• Cancelation fee and refund option depend on your fare type. Please check your fare type here.
• The fee of fare bundles, additional services and commission fees are non-refundable.

Self refund is available on website or via FlyArystan mobile app.

To make a refund, you must go to the "manage your booking" section. Next, enter the booking number and the passenger's surname in latin letters in the appropriate fields. You can make a one-way return (one segment) by selecting the "Cancel each flight" button, or roundtrip by selecting "Cancel booking". After the selected return option, on the next page, you need to write the reason for the cancellation and tick the box "I accept the Return Policy".

Please note, that if you are checked-in for a flight, you must cancel your check-in before making a refund. You can do this in this section through the "Cancel register" function.

Available only for tickets purchased on the FlyArystan.com and in the FlyArystan mobile app. In other cases, contact your agency.

Cancellation is not possible less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. If you arrive late for boarding, you will forfeit 100% of your fare paid. In case of ‘no show’ for the flight only unused airport taxes are refunded.
