iJan is a self-service kiosk at the airport that allows you to check in, weigh your baggage, print out baggage tags and purchase additional services in a matter of seconds.

iJan terminals are functioning at the airports of Almaty, Astana, Semey, Turkistan, Pavlodar, Kyzylorda, Atyrau, Shymkent, Aktau, Aktobe, Kostanay, Uralsk, and Oskemen. Other airports with FlyArystan flight departures will be equipped with iJan terminals in the shortest time.

Check-in at the airport, including iJan terminals, is a paid service.
◉ Purchasing airport check-in in advance online − 1 000 tenge on domestic flights, 5 000 tenge (11 dollars) on international flights; 2 500 tenge (5 dollars) for children on international flights.

◉ Airport check-in via iJan terminal before departure − 2 000 tenge on domestic flights, 15 000 tenge (33 dollars) for international flights; 7 500 tenge (16 dollars) for children on international flights.
◉ Paying for the check-in at the airport counter - 2 000 tenge on domestic flights, 15 000 tenge (33 dollars) for international flights; 7 500 tenge (16 dollars) for children on international flights.
◉ Online* check-in is always FREE of charge
◉ Checking in booked baggage − free of charge
◉ Printing of the boarding pass via iJan (if "Check-in at the airport" service is not purchased) - 500 tenge for domestic flights. More about boarding passes here.

** Only via FlyArystan mob. App or flyarystan.com. Online check-in opens 30 days prior to departure time and closes 40 minutes prior to departure time for domestic flights, and 60 minutes for international flights.

❗ Check-in with iJan opens 6 hours before departure for domestic flights within Kazakhstan and closes 40 minutes before departure − the service is available for flights within Kazakhstan only.
