Flights to Urumqi

FlyArystan expands its flights map and announces a new flight: Astana (NQZ) — Urumqi (URC) — Astana (NQZ). The first flight is scheduled for September 21, 2023.

Direct flights to Urumqi

Urumqi is the industrial and economic center of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, whose distance to the border with Kazakhstan is less than between Almaty and Astana. It is more profitable to do business internationally than domestically, so the demand for flights to the Chinese city is growing.

Flights schedule to Urumqi

Direct flights from Astana to Urumqi are scheduled twice a week: every Thursday and Saturday. The journey takes a little more than two hours.

The difference in time zones between cities is two hours: Astana has UTC+6, Urumqi has UTC+8. Therefore, taking into account the difference, you arrive as if 2 hours later, but you return back literally at the same time that you took off.

You can get acquainted with the exact departure and arrival schedule on the main page of the website or in the FlyArystan mobile application for iOS and Android. It is also easy to find out the cost of a plane ticket to Urumqi and buy round-trip tickets there.

How to get from the airport to the city center
