Free online check-in for international flights is available from July, 3rd 2023. For a month during the bonus period check-in at the airport for international flights will be free. From August 3rd 2023, check-in at the airport for international flights is a paid service.

• Passengers who prefer to check-in at the airport can already purchase the "check-in at the airport" service in advance with a 50% discount - 5,000 tenge (10 euros). This service is automatically added during booking, so if you do not want to purchase this service, you can choose to cancel the service.
• Check-in at the airport without booking the service in advance - 10,000 tenge (20 euros).
• Online check-in is free of charge, available only at the FlyArystan mobile app or flyarystan.com
• Boarding pass is not issued during online check-in for international flights for security purposes to check the availability of the necessary entry documents.
• iJan terminals currently are available only for domestic flights within Kazakhstan.
